Shipping Details
Shipping & Handling Rates
We use professional packing materials and techniques to protect the items we ship. All merchandise is packed and delivered securely right to your mail box.
Please note that all orders valued under $200.00 are subject to a basic $2.00 shipping & handling fee, plus USPS charges for the type of shipping you select. At this time, the only method of shipment used by us is USPS. Other methods may be available by special arrangement.
(We do add tax for CA residents).
We do not charge shipping on orders of $200.00 or more for USPS shipments to destinations in the USA lower 48 states.
International Shipping
For delivery outside the USA, you are required to manually add the appropriate international shipping cost to your order. This service is offered at below cost to you. All packages are shipped via USPS for prompt, reliable overseas delivery, usually in 7-10 days. Please contact us with any special requirements or requests.
Shipping Claims
We ship exclusively through recognized parcel carriers. In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly.
Do to the nature of the products, returns are limited to replacement only. Returns must be covered by pre-approval and shipped pre-paid. The approval may obtained by contacting Bobbie Y Jarrett Designs by phone, E-Mail or US Mail. In any correspondence, include order number, product name and number, the reason for return and your contact information so we can contact you. Any information will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you.
